Crime Alert Issued After Series of Chanhassen Burglaries

The Carver County Sheriff's Office issued a crime alert Monday after a series of home burglaries last week.
Authorities say burglars hit three Chanhassen homes May 3 and 4. At least two occured in the afternoon, during daylight. It is unclear at this point what time of day the third occurred because the home owner was gone for a extended period of time.

Police have nabbed a man they believe is responsible for several Edina burglaries. Stuart Pesheck of Richfield was arrested Monday in Eden Prairie for second degree burglary.

Chaska Police: Man Was Illegally Tattooing Minors in Home

A Chaska man was issued a citation after illegally tattooing clients, including minors, at his home.

According to Chaska Police 27-year-old Alfonso Anthony Gaines II learned how to become a tattoo artist while he was in prison. Police first learned about his tattooing after a juvenile reported it to a school resource officer, who reported it to police.

Carver Man Pleads Guilty to Producing Child Pornography

A 49-year-old Carver man pleaded guilty to producing images of child pornography.

According to authorities, Randy Anderson admitted that in January of 2011 he induced and coerced a child to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing visual depictions of the conduct.
